Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades is a master-planned community located in Naples, Florida. The community is home to over 600 single-family homes, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Rees Jones. Greyhawk also offers a variety of amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a bocce ball court, and a fire pit. The community is also home to a grand clubhouse with a social gathering area, indoor and outdoor bar, restaurant, card and meeting room, state-of-the-art fitness center, and group fitness studio.

Homes

Greyhawk offers a variety of single-family homes, from 1,671 square feet to over 4,500 square feet. These homes, many with private pools, have expansive golf course and water views. The homes have been built with steel-reinforced concrete block construction and include professionally engineered roof trusses with hurricane tie-downs for wind protection. The builders offered three different series: the Manor Series which is on 52’ lots, the Estate Series on 67’ lots, and the Premier Series on 75’ lots. The Manor Series includes the Abbeyville, Summerwood, and Martin Ray floor plans. The Estate Series includes the Pinnacle, Tangerly Oak, Infinity, Stonewater, and Southampton floor plans, and the Premier Series includes the Pinnacle, Infinity, Stonewater, Clubview, Southampton, Nobility, Camelot, and Empire floor Plans. Amenities

Greyhawk residents get to enjoy some extraordinary resort amenities. The resort-style pool and spa is complemented by the poolside restaurant and bar. A lovely fire pit area is set up for residents to enjoy the beautiful evenings that are so plentiful in Naples. For outdoor athletes, there is no shortage of pickleball ,bocce ball and tennis courts. Inside the grand clubhouse, you will find a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, multiple cards and gathering rooms. Residents also enjoy year-round events planned by the full-time activities director.

Schools

Greyhawk is located in the highly-rated Collier County School District. The community is zoned for the following public schools, Laural Oak and Big Cypress Elementary – check your address for which school you are zoned for; Oakridge Middle School and Gulf Coast High School. In addition to zoned public schools, families have the option of both charter and private schools which are not mandated by where you live.

Shopping

Greyhawk is not far from many of Naples shopping and dining. A short drive away to the north is the newly built Founders Square which offers a diverse selection of dining choices. A twenty minute drive will take you to Mercato and Pavilion areas where there are extensive dining, shopping, and entertainments choices.

Membership

All residents pay the Master HOA equally. This fee covers common area maintenance, professional fees, and upkeep of the clubhouse and landscaping. Individual neighborhoods are its own fees and are charged according to lot size. All residents must have at least a Social Membership, this is waived if the resident has a golf membership. All residents are also charged a nominal annual food and beverage minimum which must be used within the same calendar year. Golf membership is separate, see below.

Golf Membership

Greyhawk offers several different golf membership options, each with its own set of benefits. Both the Equity and non-Equity memberships are offered as a single or with a spouse. At this particular club, 90% of the members are non-equity. The golf memberships included unlimited greens fees, access to practice facilities, a house charging account, old Florida-Style men’s and women’s locker rooms, reciprocal golf privileges, locker rooms, and bag storage.

Golf Course

The Golf Club of the Everglades is a challenging and rewarding golf course. The course is set among rolling mounds and crystal-clear lakes, and features a variety of tee boxes to accommodate players of all skill levels. The course was designed by the acclaimed golf course architect, Rees Jones. The fabulous course features sculptured bunkers, rolling fairways, native grasses, and beautiful lakes. The Club, which is separate from the community clubhouse, includes practice facilities, a pro shop, locker rooms, bar and grill room, and a delightful patio overlooking the putting green and first tee.
