Should we find the home of your dreams, we will show the house to you and do a walk through. After that we will evaluate comparable properties in the area to help determine your purchase price offer. After submitting a written offer on your behalf, we will negotiate on your behalf with the sellers agent to ensure you get the most favorable terms.
