Aqualane Shores is a tight-knit waterfront boating community that started development in 1949, the year Naples became an official city. These luxury homes are some of the finest in Naples, with some of the most incredible views. The community is known for the deep-water channels, providing direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through Naples Bay and Gordon’s Pass. Aqualane Shores is located between Olde Naples and Port Royal in the City of Naples, along Gordon Drive. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the 3rd Street South Shopping and Dining District.

This neighborhood is made up of over 350 single-family homes, with nearly 90% of them on deep water canals and the Naples Bay. These opulent homes highlight the beautiful tree-lined streets and breathtaking water views. Bonding the community together is the Aqualane Shores Association which is open to any of the owners or long-term renters within the community. While not mandatory, the nominal fee of $100 annually provides members with access to a newsletter that shares social activities and information, as well as a private opt-in membership directory.

Located less than a mile from the 3rd Street South district, residents can easily walk to the many incredible restaurants and cafes, or shop at the boutiques that line the quaint streets in the area. The Naples Pier provides access to amazing views of the sunset as well as some great fishing opportunities. On Saturday mornings, residents can enjoy one of the most iconic Farmer’s Market in Naples located just a block away from the Naples Pier. Aqualane Shores has Riley Park within the neighborhood. It is more of a resting spot while walking or biking and is a lovely sanctuary to just sit and enjoy the beautiful trees surrounding the area. Cambier Park is one of the closest parks that offer a wide variety of amenities to both small children and adults. Cambier Parks sits on nearly 13 acres and is home to the Arthur Allen Tennis Center, Bocce courts, a performing arts center, a fantastic children’s playground, and a bandshell where performances can be enjoyed on the lawn.
