Pelican Bay is a huge and diverse neighborhood located in North Naples with nearly 90 distinct subdivisions or condominiums. Located west of Tamiami Trail along the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Pelican Bay has single-family home communities, high-rise condominiums, attached and detached villas, low-rise coach homes, and quaint garden apartments. When purchasing a property anywhere within Pelican Bay, there is a mandatory one-time membership fee that entitles the owners to all the amenities that Pelican Bay has to offer. The north and south beach clubs provide private beach club access with restaurants, lounge chairs, and umbrella service. The clubhouse offers tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and activity rooms.

Club Pelican Bay, located in the heart of Pelican Bay, is an optional club that residents may join. Members can fill their time with an active social life, exceptional dining, numerous clubs, a world-class Spa and Fitness Center, and of course, a championship golf course. Originally designed by Arthur Hills, and completely renovated in 2017 by Ron Forse, the 27 holes feature Bimini fairways and rough along with Bahia accents and TifEagle greens. With six sets of tees, it makes the courses challenging for all levels of players. In addition to the golf courses, there is a two-sided practice range, two separate chipping and pitching greens with bunkers as well as a large practice putting green.
