Kensington in Naples is a luxury gated golf community with single-family homes, coach homes, courtyard homes, villas, and golf cottages. There are six different neighborhoods of single-family homes: two neighborhoods with custom-built estate homes, and four neighborhoods with coach homes. Conveniently located on Pine Ridge Road in North Naples, the community of over 600 residents is in the center of Naples. Kensington in Naples Golf and Country Club is just a short drive to the gulf beaches, fine dining and shopping. The Pine Ridge Road location allows for easy access to I-75 making the drive to RSW – Southwest Florida International Airport just 25 minutes away.

The magnificent course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is a Scottish links-style course. It was built on rolling terrain with many water hazards, as well as large fast greens. One of the more challenging holes, a 195-yard, par 3, requires a tee shot over water onto an elevated green, is known as a “Redan hole”.

The regal clubhouse is home to an Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and bocce courts, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center with numerous classrooms and studios. The club offers casual dining by the pool and fine dining within the main clubhouse.

Public schools in Collier County are zoned by address. Those K-12 students living in Kensington and attending public school would be zoned for Osceola Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School, and Barron Collier High School. For private school options, there are the Community School of Naples and First Baptist Academy, which are highly rated PK through 12th grade schools.
