Fiddler’s Creek is an award-winning master-planned community embraced in a beautiful tropical setting. Membership to the Tarpon Club affords residents the privilege of beach access at the Beach Pavilion on Marco Island which includes complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and food and beverage service. The club also offers a full calendar of social activities and excursions throughout the year. The Beachfront Bar & Grill, and Sale e Pepe are two of the dining options available to Tarpon Club members. Exclusive access and rates are extended to members at the Tarpon Club Marina, located on the Isles of Capri, halfway between Marco Island and Fiddler’s Creek. The marina offers both wet slips and dry boat storage, fuel, ice, engine flushes, and more.

Fiddler’s Creek has many different neighborhood options, for single-family homes, there is Amador, Bellagio, Bent Creek Village, Cardinal Cove, Chiasso, Cotton Green, Cranberry Crossing, Isla del Sol, Mahogany Bend, Majorca, Mallard’s Landing, Millbrook, Mulberry Row, Pepper Tree, Runaway Bay, and Sauvignon. For an assortment of low-maintenance condominium villages, Callista, Cascada, Cherry Oaks, Deer Crossing, Dorado, Hawk’s Nest, Laguna, Marengo, Menaggio, Montreux, Serena, Sonoma, Varenna, and Whisper Trace.

Public schools in Collier County are zoned by address. Those K-12 students living in Fiddler’s Creek and attending public school would be zoned for Manatee Elementary School, Manatee Middle School, and Lely High School. Though most families living in Fiddler’s Creek opt for private schools such as Seacrest Country Day School, St. John Neumann, among others.
