A new single-family home development by DiVosta / Pulte will start taking shape soon in Naples. Over 680 one and two-story homes are slated to be built between Oil Well Road and Randall Blvd, just 2 miles east of Immokalee Road. With the growing need of housing In Southwest Florida, Terreno by DiVosta will join other developments now being planned and built in the eastern part of Collier County.

In addition to being located across the street from Palmetto Ride High School, Corkscrew Middle School and Corkscrew Elementary School, Terreno will be just a few miles from the highly anticipated Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park. With over 15- acres, this public park will feature a community center, numerous sports fields, and courts, walking trails, rentable pavilions, concession stands, a swimming pool, and an amphitheater.

Terreno will be built in phases, with just under 180 homes in the first phase. The homes will offer golf, preserve, and water views, as well as sites located on cul-de-sacs, which will be available throughout all building phases of the development. Once the community has been completely built out, the plans show there will be more than 68 acres of preserve and wetland areas, more than 35 acres of lakes. Plans also show that golf cart paths will connect Terreno to the public golf course at Valencia Golf and Country Club as well as the Double Eagle Trail.

This amenity-rich community will feature a resort-style pool, fitness center and movement studio, pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts. Community rooms will also be available for a variety of classes and meetings. To finish off the amenity center, which will be conveniently located between both entrances, will be a restaurant and bar, located next to the pool.

Homes in Terreno will feature unique architectural designs, exceptional outdoor living spaces, chef-inspired kitchens, and flow-through layouts. It is anticipated that pricing for these homes will start in the upper $300’s, with models beginning to be built in the second quarter and sales beginning in the fall of 2022.
