One of the most spectacular neighborhoods is the gated community, the Strand at Bay Colony, which includes just a dozen beachfront homes. With the sandy white beaches and beautiful Gulf of Mexico as your backyard, these homes are one of a kind works of art. Bay Colony also offers high-rise living with fabulous views of the Gulf in a more maintenance free lifestyle.
High-rise condos along Pelican Bay Blvd offer both Gulf views and city views. Some buildings have been completely updated and their facilities are exquisite; others are in the process. Depending on which line the individual condo is in, will dictate the price.
Pelican Bay also offers low-rise and midrise properties. These are especially attractive for those who are looking for lower density living. Many of these properties are great investments as they are highly sought after as vacation rentals.
