When buying at any new construction development, you should always have your own Real Estate Agent with you. The developer builds the cost of the commission into the price, and there is no discount if you do not bring your own agent. The Salespeople that help you are knowledgeable about the property and can tell you the differences between the models and upgrades – but they work for the developer – not you.
