The Glen Eden community marketing for the 42-acre project began in January 1998. Three floor plans range in size from 1,730 square feet under air to 1,956 square feet under air. Standard kitchen features included Maytag white-on-white appliances, included a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher, white raised panel cabinetry, Gibraltar solid surface counter tops, serving bar pass-through and recessed lighting.
