Tiburon

Located in North Naples, Tiburon is a Mediterranean-inspired neighborhood made up of smaller gated communities surrounding two 18-hole Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses. In the smaller communities, you will find luxury single-family homes, unique villas, and exquisite condominiums within the sprawling landscape of over 600 acres. Tiburon is also home to The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, a world-class destination in gorgeous Naples. The magnificent 27,000 clubhouse boasts three exceptional dining rooms, members’ locker rooms, and a pro shop.

The Tiburon Golf courses, The Gold and The Black, were designed by Greg Norman, who used the surrounding natural elements to help create the superb courses. The courses are home to both the PGA Tour’s QBE Shootout and the LPGA Tour’s CME Group Tour Championship, bringing in some of the top-rated golfers to the area every year. Both courses offer five sets of tees and par 72. The Black Course plays up to 6,949 yards and the Gold Course can play as long as 7,382 yards. For players needing a little tweaking in their game play, The Tiburon Golf Academy offers lessons and clinics.

Public schools in Collier County are zoned by address. Those K-12 students living in Tiburon and attending public school would be zoned for Pelican Marsh Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School, and Barron Collier High School. For private school options, there is The Village School of Naples, Community School of Naples, and First Baptist Academy.
