Isles of Capri is an idyllic island community known for vacationing, boating, and fishing. Surrounded by a state aquatic preserve, this laid-back community is easily accessible by car, boat, and seaplane. The Isles of Capri Marina offers boat and kayak rentals as well as some incredible restaurants overlooking the water. Isles of Capri is nestled in between the Marco River, Tarpon Bay, and the Johnson Bay, approximately two miles north of Marco Island, just off Collier Blvd.

You can find a mix of Florida-style fishing homes, multi-million-dollar luxury homes, and numerous condominiums. Boating, as well as all other water sports, is the focus on Isles of Capri, and with that comes activities for every lover of the water. There are several restaurants on, what the locals call, the commercial island. If you want to venture out, just 2 miles north to Naples, or south to Marco Island, you will find a multitude of shops and restaurants to satisfy your desires.

Public schools in Collier County are zoned by address. Those K-12 students living on the Isles of Capri and attending public school would be zoned for Tommie Barfield Elementary School, Manatee Middle School, and Lely High School, as well as the Marco Island Academy. For private school options, there is Seacrest Country Day School, as well as many others, but a bit farther out into Naples.
