The inside protected boat stowage building houses boats up to 30′, both collapsible biminis and t-tops can be accomodated. Wet slips can accomodate boats up to 35′, with most of the slips having boat lifts. There is fuel at the dock and all wet slips have electric and water. The staff offers concierge service, just call ahead to get your boat out of dry stowage and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. They also offer to fuel up your tanks and pump out your boat.
After a hot day on the water, you can return to and air conditioned Owner’s Lounge with, TV, restrooms and showers. They also sell ice, bottle water, and beverages so you don’t have to haul them from home. Another great amenity the roof-top observation deck. Here you will find one of the great spots to view dolphin, osprey, snow white egrets, and pelicans. They even allow small gatherings to be held on the roof top.
