Royal Harbor

Click Here for Royal Harbor Properties

Royal Harbor is an upscale waterfront community that has undergone a transformation in the last several years. Older original homes have been removed to make way for gorgeous new custom-built homes with boat docks and in close proximity to 5th Avenue South and the Bayfront Arts Districts. Interestingly, all the streets in the neighborhood are named for fish or birds, such as Sandpiper Street, Shad Court, and Tarpon Road.

As a coastal community, Royal Harbor, as well as neighboring Golden Shores and Oyster Bay have canal access into the Naples Bay and direct, no bridge access to the Gulf of Mexico through Gordon’s Pass. Most of the canals will accommodate deep draft sailboats, while some are limited by shallow draft power boats. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the abundant wildlife sightings. Dolphins, manatees, and occasional otters are spotted in the bay and canals.

Royal Harbor is located just off East Tamiami Trail and less than a mile from the 5th Avenue South district. With most houses being located on canals or the Naples Bay, resident boaters have direct Gulf access through Gordon Pass with no bridges to contend with.

Royal Harbor is primarily comprised of approximately 400 single-family homes on canal and bayfront lots. Golden Shores does offer some waterfront low-rise condos, as does Oyster Bay.

Located less than a mile from the 5th Avenue South district, residents can easily walk to the many incredible restaurants and cafes, or shop at the boutiques that line the quaint streets in the area. The Naples Pier provides access to amazing views of the sunset as well as some great fishing opportunities. On Saturday mornings, residents can enjoy one of the most iconic Farmer’s Markets in Naples located just a block away from the Naples Pier.

Public schools in Collier County are zoned by address. Those K-12 students living in Royal Harbor and attending public school would be zoned for Lake Park Elementary, Gulfview Middle School, and Naples High School. For private school options, just a short distance away is Saint Ann Catholic School, a PK – 7th grade school. For other private school options, there is Seacrest Country Day School, which is a highly rated PK through 12th grade school.

Royal Harbor is just a short drive away from the Naples Botanical Gardens and Celebration Park, the local food truck and entertainment center. Less than 10 minutes away is the East Naples Community Park, home of the US Open Pickleball Championships. With over 64 Pickleball Courts and a slew of other sports fields, this is one of the most exciting areas during the championships in April.
