The community of Pine Ridge is a non-gated neighborhood of single-family homes on one to seven acres of land. Located between Goodlette Frank Road and Tamiami Trail, and Vanderbilt Beach Road and Pine Ridge Road, this unpretentious community has beautiful lakes and is only minutes from the beach.

Within these heavily wood lots and manicured lawns, you can still find original 1950’s homes. Most have them have been transformed into grand estates, built to take advantage of the large lots and lush landscaping. Pine Ridge offers a wonderful opportunity to purchase an older home and rebuild it, turning it into your own custom-built oasis. Residents in Pine Ridge are allowed to have horses, giving the community a country-like feel in the middle of Naples.

Just to the west of Pine Ridge are the Waterside Shops, an upscale luxury outdoor mall with beautiful water features surrounded by Saks Fifth Avenue, Louis Vuitton, Rolex and plenty of other shops and restaurants. To the north of Pine Ridge is Mercato, another upscale outdoor mall that features restaurants, cafes, and shops and holds many community activities on the cobblestone streets. Living in Pine Ridge, you are equidistant from two beach access points, Clam Pass and Vanderbilt Beach. Both offer plenty of parking, but completely different vibes.

Public schools in Collier County are zoned by address. Those K-12 students living in Pine Ridge and attending public school would be zoned for Seagate Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle School, and Barron Collier High School. For private school options, there is The Village School of Naples, Community School of Naples, and First Baptist Academy.
