The NCH Executive Physical Programs specializes in providing local area employers with services needed (physicals, drug screens, health screenings, etc.) for their employees/staff by quality, trained professionals certified in their field. We offer one-stop shop laboratory blood tests, radiology and cardiology services. All services are available at the conveniently located Medical Plaza Building (corner of 4th Avenue, North and Tamiami Trail-41). We now have an Executive Physicals program that provides extensive screenings utilizing the latest technology in diagnosing early stages of cancer, heart disease and other health related issues.
Description of Products and/or Services Being Offered:
EDC investors will receive a $50 discount on any of the three packages being offered through the “Executive Physical Program.” They range from Level One to Level Three and all of the packages include an exercise stress test, EKG, hearing, vision, laboratory blood profile and other medical testing. You may also request a CT Cancer Screen, PET, PSA, Mammogram, or other Optional Screening Tests. A detailed medical history and physical examination performed by a board certified physician is also provided. Packages are bundled together to offer you services at a discounted rate.
